We couldn't of ask for a better experience from start to end. Very professional and told us what they were doing at every level and answered all of our questions. Was able to get a whole house of windows done in one day. Will be telling everyone we know to schedule windows from them.
Outstanding Quality!
Jeff's Crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. They did an incredible job of installing a new Bay Window even though the old one was very difficult to remove. They were professional and knowledgeable of their trade. They respected our house by putting up sheets of plastic and showing great care for the area where they worked. It was a tough job and there was a huge amount of debris - which they cleaned up and bagged and removed from our property. It was a long day for everyone and cold outside, but Jeff's Crew was pleasant and considerate and very tuned into details. They also installed two smaller windows, which were difficult in size to replace but they did an amazing job. We had called local glass people, and no one wanted to work with the smaller windows, so we were very happy when Mad City took on the job. The quote was reasonable, and the work was done to perfection. We would highly recommend this company!
Wonderful experience
Our sales guy was great, very informative and didn't push us into any more than what we wanted. They had our new bath done in 2 days!! They were very cautious keep our floor clean. We had a few little things that needed a come back to finish and the guy was excellent! He even fixed my front door handle for me! I LOVE my new bath!! Mad City was great to work with and would recommend to anyone!
Window replacement
Excellent job by MC staff from start to finish. No surprises, excellent cleanup. Everything that was scheduled to happen was performed. I would highly recommend them. In addition, I would re hire MC.

Really enjoying our new shower! It is so much handier than the tub. All the employees have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Install in a day and a half was great.
Shower removal and install
