We were so impressed with their customer service and making sure they were thorough that we knew right away we would go with them! The windows came on a timely manner and they have been very responsive if we have questions or need a fix! :)

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Mad City! They replaced both our windows and bath tub. They were incredibly patient and willing to work with us, and made sure to get us the best deal possible. The final product was amazing, and looks a million times better than our original windows and bath tub! They are very prompt and efficient with their services as well.
