Great new shower
We are very pleased with Mad City! The young sales guy that came out was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. We’d been thru this with another, higher priced contractor at our old house, so we knew what to expect. I appreciated the eager but not-so-hard-sell. The price was equivalent to what we paid that other place 4 years ago and materials were similar, so I thought it was fair. Financing was a breeze and went thru quickly. Installation was supposed to be somewhat delayed by supply chain issues, but to our surprise happened a full 6 weeks earlier than estimated! The guys that came to install were great. There were some unexpected things to fix inside the walls and there were no extra charges for that, which was great. They kept to it all day and when they left, the place was pristine and perfect, they hadn’t even chipped the paint adjacent to the install. They preserved the old fixtures for us (there was nothing wrong with them) and removed every bit of debris. We are very, very pleased with our purchase from Mad City.
