So i have no complaints about windows or installation. The ecard for $60 was a headache and embarrassing when i went to checkout at walmart they couldn't redeem it so i had to leave groceries on counter and just walk away. Thank you for the life lesson in humility and the 3 people who waited patiently and watched. Idk maybe i should've picked a different place to redeem it
Replacement window panes.
My experience with MAD City Windows since they bought out New Windows for America has been absolutely awful. I'm guessing they left the phrase customer service in Madison, Wisconsin. They have the right name because dealing with them has left me very mad. I've been trying to get a replacement window pane for our living room window since the Fall of 2021 and am still waiting after several phone calls and different service managers. New Windows for America had wonderful customer service that went away when they sold to MAD City. I couldn't recommend MAD City Windows to anybody and do it with a clear conscience.
Fantastic Doors and Fantastic Installers
We live in Rochester, MN and had a wonderful sales person Jacob from Mad City Windows come to our condo on February 20, 2023 and gave us incredible thorough and complete and honest offers on putting in four sliding doors in our condo which would fend off the cold temperatures during our snowy winters which we transplants from Florida were feeling frozen this past winter. Immediately an second Mad City staff person came to our Condo to complete the sizing and logistics for installation of the windows. It was amazing how thorough these two staff members were. Then about on May 17 & 18, 2023 an installation team from Mad City Windows came to our Condo to install the four sliding doors. The team were Caleb and Jacob and what a fantastic and coordinated team these two made. They were able to follow our express wishes to help them out by removing the railing on our back porch so they would not have to track the doors through our condo. They were also incredibly polite and and good listeners. The guys make a powerful team together and even our neighbors commented on how the workers installing the doors were so efficient and focused on the job. They were also flexible in the installing process and worked with Mad City to improve the materials needed to install the wood framing around the doors. These men were thorough, on target and friendly. They worked extremely hard and it was impressive how fantastic the final product looked once they were done. We will be forever grateful to Caleb and Jacob for their fine work and craftsmanship. The made getting these new doors a delightful experience. We are ever so grateful to Mad City Windows staff and leadership for their excellent product, workmanship and customer relations. Gratefully Jim and Connie Messina
